Nutritionist and Yoga Instructor
Tami Rowh is a Registered Dietitian, yoga teacher, and group fitness instructor. After earning a dietetics degree from Buffalo State College, she spent many years in Arizona where she earned both a Masters Degree in Wellness and Certification as a Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher. Tami is excited to be back in Western New York to share her experience in holistic health and wellness.
Tami’s passion is in mindful eating and a non-diet approach to overall health and wellness. She has worked in clinical, corporate, and private practice settings and specializes in a total mind-body approach to wellness using evidence-based practice as well as mindful eating concepts. She believes in a functional wellness approach and aims to help her clients to develop a healthy lifestyle combining balanced nutrition and activity for overall health and wellness.
